In my point 2 of my crime report that I submitted to them, I wrote "Misleading Svea Hovrätt to initiate the enforcement of an illegitimate arbitration award by Sienicki himself." It could be that the police ignored this point. My question to you is, isn't it a crime (i) to provide Svea HR with falsified documents, (ii) to do this in multiple cases, and (iii) with the intent to earn money. The Swedish Police closed the case arguing that the crime was completed abroad and that no evidence is available in Sweden. They also say that the investigation and prosecution in Sweden is severely limited and that I should report the case in Poland. First, it is not true that no evidence is available in Sweden, because I am here talking about a crime on Svea Hovrätt. Second, the Swedish Police could ask the Polish one for help. This would be important for me, because I might otherwise spend lawyer expenses in Poland. (This question has not yet come up, and the Polish lawyer has not yet responded.) Instead of approaching the Swedish police, could I (with your help) not approach the Åklagarväsendet myself? Axel On Fri, Feb 24, 2023 at 12:26:19PM +0000, Michael Erici wrote: > Hi Axel,
