Decision: The preliminary investigation is being dropped

Reason: There is no longer any reason to complete the preliminary investigation.

Justification: There is reason to assume that crimes subject to general 
prosecution have been committed in Sweden, but when the crime has
been completed abroad and the evidence is not available in Sweden, the
investigation is closed. There are also no prerequisites for international
legal assistance. The possibility of investigation and prosecution in
Sweden is severely limited and almost non-existent. Make a report in
that country the money would have been sent.
