On April 24, my lawyers received upon request the response that Sienicki
submitted on behalf of Villa Europa to the Swedish Court. There he
presents a 7 paged document with my signature dated 30 September 2020. On
one of the pages, it says explicitly that I agreed that the Pan-European
Arbitration Court (PESA) shall settle disputes. It also lists costs in
tabular form. To my mind, this document can only be a fake. (It was never
presented in any earlier documents, where costs where hidden in a text
in words (and even those may have been earlier fakes). He also dismisses
my claim that PESA is Sienicki's own court saying that courts don't have
to have a website, acknowledging however that this one does. He does not
comment on the fact that https://who.is/whois/pesa-court.org shows that
Villa Europa registered this website on 28 September 2021. As I said,
this document from Sienicki was only obtained upon request and the
Swedish Court has not asked us for any response. I attach:

On the suggestion of the Swedish crime victim's support hotline, I sent a
letter to the Polish Embassy in Stockholm. On April 19, I told them that
a Polish lawyer gave me a link to a similar case which is described in
Polish. There, it says that the defendants face 10 years in prison for
making false statements to the court. No response yet.

On April 24, I also submitted a "Request of reconsideration" to the
Swedish police (who closed my case 1 day after I opened it on the
grounds that the evidence is in Poland). I now wrote that
my point 2 was "Misleading the Swedish Court to initiate the
enforcement of an illegitimate arbitration award." I also wrote that
the evidence for creating or providing false documents or information
is in fact available in Sweden at the Swedish Court. I asked them
again on May 4 about the status, but no response.

My Swedish lawyers and I have been in touch with a Polish lawyer since
April 6, but I have not yet engaged him officially yet, because my
institute is unwilling to pay anything in Poland. The costs of the
Swedish lawyers have meanwhile risen to 90,000 SEK without VAT.
