Dear Lovisa,

On January 5, 2024 (sic), we received from the police in Stockholm a
document confirming that the investigation into fraud committed by the
president of Villa Europa has been closed and closed.

We consider this an important document and request that our letter and
this document be attached to the case files. The investigation has fully
proven that there is no evidence of attempted fraud on the part of the
claimant, the arbitral tribunal or the sole arbitral award.

The prosecutor's decision finally clears our good name, which had been
tarnished by the defendant's false accusations. Lovisa, please draw
the court's attention to the prosecutor's decision that we received on
January 5, 2024 and previously did not have access to this letter.
